Farang Student immigration assistant
Farang is a platform for students who want to immigrate to study or work abroad. It helps them to find the best way possible for immigration, the work is done through a wizard tool and the right process of planning it offers.
01 Problem
Since the road of immigration is a vouge route for most everyone who wants to immigrate abroad and it’s bombarded with so many dispersing and confusing information, and also there are so many immigrations institute and lawyers with high payments, there seems to be an empty spot for a trustable reference to help student with the process.
02 Approach
Creating a clear and purposive process that helps student and guide them in a good direction with asking their personal information and analyzing their situation according to available options. (a tool like a wizard) and after that, it will help them to follow the right path and give them Advice.
03 Solution
My strategy and approach to give a solution mainly depend on the project, one of the main methods that we can use is a design thinking process, it usually concludes 4 steps of research and findings, ideation, early modulation, and test. I always have an eye on service design, behavior designing, and gamification to design a product. So first of all, I define the lean canvas for this product to determine unfair advantage, unique value, and... to reach the best design possible.

Research and finding
To find the best possible solution we need to define the right customers and users then we have to know them and define their scoop so we can analyze them perfectly and make a journey based on that. In this specific project, I tried to concentrate a little bit on behavior design and work on cognitive bias, neuro-hacks, and choosing process too. - Now we need to take a look at the business
Use UX toolboxes and behavior design techniques
One of the main techniques I used in this project was using the toolbox and having an eye on user behavioral design techniques. The guide and influence they should have to be on the right path and experience a delectable journey and at last, get closer to their goals.
Thinking alike result
According to the research and interviews with the target persona, I find out that one of the main problems they face is the path complexity in the vouge situations.
First of all, choosing the right first step, having a clear vision and a deep understanding of what is ahead of them in their way And at last huge expenses that don’t seem fair to everyone.
Ideation
Designing a platform that simplifies the path within a few steps with taking basic information and starting it with the right information architecture tries to make the smooth flow and connect it to the users experience.
